[The Lord speaks.....]
My children, hear Me. I am your Good Shepherd. And I give you Myself now as well, through others.....through yourselves.....that you, too, might shepherd, might guide My flock. Be patient and be encouraged, O My people! For many are called, but few are chosen!

Daughters and sons, hear Me further still. Each and every one of you is in need of a Purification. And in Me, by the Grace of My Sacrament, Reconciliation is an ongoing affair. Be patient with one another. Be patient with yourself! Part of Loving your neighbor as self is Patience, My lambs. For each and every one of you are works in progress.

And so I tell you this, as well. Some have always been with Me. And others soon discover Me! Let us rejoice at these new unions in Me! For the laborer has been chosen by God to serve in the moment when service is to be rendered, and when the service rendered comes from the center of the heart!

And so I say: If you are a shepherd, then lead the people well. Because if YOU are deficient, a lamb may be left behind. Perhaps, one who was meant to relieve you is not present because you have failed in your leadership. And so I say to you, O shepherd: Come to Me, you who have labored and you who are wearied. For I shall give you rest. Come Here with so many others that we may rest together and improve the condition of your soul.

To those who continue in the labor I say: Rejoice! Be at Peace in My Fields! If you are still shepherd, then tend My flock! If you are laborer amongst laborers, then work well, with your eyes ever on Me. For in Me, a transformation occurs. The simplest work of your hands becomes a blessing in My Eyes for the position of your heart in Me! No one is least in My Eyes, My lambs. All are for purpose if you are in Me.

So, again I say to you: Keep your vision on Me. Be prepared to offer all things to Me, for Me.....that your labors become transformed into acts of Mercy. The "least" are greatest in My Heart, My lambs.

I am the Good Shepherd. But I tell you this: Even the seemingly least sheep is a shepherd when he leads My people Home, safely to Me. For one it may be the Words: Come, follow Me. And for another it may be the bleating as of a sheep. Whatever service rendered brings My people Home to Me is the service of greatest worth!

Let ME be your Reward, My lambs! Come follow Me. Be in Me as I am in thee. Let us be one as I am in the Father and as He is in Me. Humble service. Humble hearts. See? If a camel is willing to bow, he may still fit through the eye of MY needle! Amen. +
