O Lord! Like a camper who sits near a fire at night to warm himself, I sit here before
You, O Word of God, to be warmed by Your Love. To be warmed by Your Name: Jesus, Jesus,
Jesus. And I bow before Your Name, Lord. Thank You, Jesus, for loving me. For letting me
know You. For letting me come to know You more and more. Lord Jesus, may I become a better
child of God. May I become more and more worthy of being Your sister, Your tool, Your
spouse. I bow before You again, my Lord!! In Reverence and in Wonder and in Awe do I bow.
With Love burning within me, do I bow. I believe that You are the Son of God. And I trust
in the Salvation You have won for me. I believe in the Resurrection And I hope in my own.
And none of the words which I utter are anything but Gift: from You, O Almighty God. Any
goodness which I am is by You, O God. Thank You, my God. My Lord and my God! Amen!!
Daughter, child, hear Me. Proclaim Me to the nations: Jesus Christ is Lord! To each
who acknowledge the Word of God: you acknowledge Me. I am the Fulfillment of every
Prophecy before Me. I Am Who Am. I AM. It has been promised. And I AM. By Faith alone is
this known. But Faith is a Gift reserved from no one. Faith is My Hand extended to every
child who would reach out to Me.
Now, I tell you this: the Son of Man has been born and has lived and has suffered and
has died. And I have Risen. And I am at the Right Hand of My Father. Awaiting the time of
Judgment: the moment in the Hands of My Father. But children, here you are in yet another
Lent. Another year of your coming to Me. Let every moment be your coming to Me. Every
breath: let that be your coming to Me. Every minor interest in what I have to say: let
that be your coming to Me. Every yawn: let that be your coming to Me. O CHILDREN, I AM
HERE, WAITING FOR YOU. DO YOU NOT YET SEE MY WAYS? (the Lord pleads) Children: All: Of My
Heart: Come here. Please. Love is bidding to you. Do not hear the cheer of the crowd who
would dissuade you from the true life in Me. For: the moment may be the attraction. But
what are you to do when the mood changes? When the excitement ebbs and what remains is
only the purity of our relationship. And what is this: our relationship? How grounded are
you, afterall? How set are your feet? In sand? Quick sand? Mud? Clay? Or are you set
soundly upon rock. Faith, true Faith, is the Rock. But you must develop and nurture your
place there. The rock is firm and unchanging. But you, O child, I have planted that you
would grow. Your planting is in fine soil. Good soil. Yes, upon the bedrock of Faith. Even
though some of your growth is undesirable, we can force new growth, even as a new plant,
by snipping at you here and clipping at you there. But if you turn yourself constantly to
the wrong light for your source of growth, then you will again need the pruning I would
indulge in you. If you let Me. And how I do long for the softening of your heart, that I
may be permitted to reshape you, to remold you into the fashion of My Creation: the
reflection of My Own Soul.
So, do come and sing Alleluias to Me. Raise your voices in melodious song. But when the
crowd thins; when the crowed disperses; will you be there? Will the Path we have walked
been a tool of learning and growth? How will you know, unless you begin to assume your
role. Now. Not later. Now. Put the fullness of Me off no longer. Daughter, I say to you:
Come follow Me NOW. Son, I say to you: Come follow Me NOW. Not later. NOW. Do not deny
yourself any longer. Come, partake fully in Me. I am not an item on the menu of life. I am
the Way and the Truth and I am the Life. Come: I offer you True Life in Me. Take a full
step now: Approach Me And be here for Me, even when the crowd has moved on. Be Mine. (Jesus
was silent for some time.) I wait for you. I would look and see you NOW! +
