"Do not cling or cleave to earthly things; keep your heart aloof from them as much
as you can. Let there be no human respect (outlook) where the glory of God is
concerned." [St. Margaret Mary, "Thoughts & Sayings" for September 17;
II,366] O St. Margaret Mary! How I do love you! Yet, this morning I found these words
harsh. Too challenging. Why, I asked, must you keep demanding of me to relinquish my human
outlooks? And now, quite suddenly, I realize: because these are the possessions that Jesus
has asked I give up to come and follow Him. O! This Path into Jesus is a challenge! Always
being stripped. An onion being peeled.....endlessly. And sometimes like an artichoke!
Sometimes the covering around my heart is so thick! Peeling, peeling, peeling away! And
why, O Lord, is it so painful at times? How deceived we can be that even one thin membrane
of our onion skin is worth clinging to more than you, my Lord! My Lord! My heart is
beginning to soar. The tears of this "onion" are turning to tears of Joy. O
Lord, as my heart begins to flitter and flutter, I ask You, O Lord, what would YOU have me
do?
Daughter, O yes.....My Sarah.....write these words.
A man is a creation of God. See him! Innocently awaiting a full life in this world.
Hidden and secure in his mothers womb. But SUDDENLY, life bursts forth from its
hiding place. With a cry does life enter the world!
Now children, knowledge must be learned. I have made you to absorb the world around
you. But I have also placed within your being: Me. And in this place of residency within
you do I expect that you will come to know that the greatest knowledge you can possess is
knowledge of Me.
And it is on this ground that the battle ensues. For sin has shrouded your entry into
this world. And its mark upon you is removed in Baptism, but the weakness remains. And to
come fully into Me is a process. And here the struggle lies in My people. In the world,
yes. But a desire not to be of it; yes, this desire can and should be greater.
Glory, children, I call out to you from My place now in Eternal Glory. Your pain comes
in the clinging of the ways of flesh. Holding yourself back from a full Life in Me. Yes,
you cling to your onion skin, children. When here, in My Hand, is held ALL creation. Even
the little skin you use to cling to. All is Mine. So what is the concern?
Pride, dear children, is a wide and varied sin. Pride, dear children, is a wide and
varied temptation. It is spread out by the enemy. It is disguised. It is used as a wedge
driven in, between Me and My people. It divides us. And it can conquer, only by your
permission!
O lambs, hear Me. The veil which separates you from My Kingdom is finer than gossamer.
So easily can you pass into My Way. It is willingness, dear ones, that you must employ. To
leave behind your onion skin and to willingly come here, through My gossamer.
My children, you were created to come to know Me that then you would Love Me and have a
longing to serve Me. See the flow of this growth, dear little lambs who are My children!
You must start somewhere! Pain and suffering are transformed in Me. Not always do I
remove. But always, as you freely enter Me, is there transformation. For by your very
willful act, have you desired this change. Willingness, yes! On your part. Yes!
Now lambs, hear Me. Do you see; do you witness yet in your life that Growth in Me is
Glory? So fine are the layers between us, yes? Like gossamer do the layers fall away,
carried upon a gentle breeze. Just as a bride removes her bridal veil; just as one hand
extends to another in marriage; so too, is this union of you to Me. And the life which
will be created from this union of you into Me will give forth a birth of Glory! Witness!
Of Gods Presence to His people.
Children, this event: this birth: can be very powerful in a moment of time, or very
subtle as in whispers between two lovers. But WITNESS is the proof of its occurrence. The
event is visible. In hearts united in Me! This act, dear children, is a precious moment
when God kisses humanity. When God grasps you and holds you to His Breast. Why would you
leave Me? Why would you run away fro Me? Our Love Song had just begun. The Dance had just
been ours.
O lambs, you are My children. You are My sisters, my brothers, My spouse. I have wed
you. Through one another and into Me. O lambs! Do not flee from Me! There is truly nothing
to hide, dear ones. Do not cover your nakedness. There is no shame. Only forgiveness. Only
longing for you to be one in Me.
Complications, dear children, are of your own doing. There are NO complications in Me.
Simplicity. I am Simplicity. All I ask is that you BE in Me. As I am already in thee.
Oneness. I desire oneness! And every moment of disunity is NOT of Me. Every rift in
humanity is NOT of Me. Every attempt to divide is NOT of Me. Every WORD which divides is
NOT of Me. Why would I chop away at My Desire for Unity? Why would I tear down that which
I would see built up?
Children: Look into your own spirit now. From whom are you alienated?
Why? Like a thief in the night I can come to take you from this world. Are you prepared
for such an arrival from Me? Children: Do unto others as you would do unto Me. I am there,
children. Do not alienate Me from one another by your own actions. If you do this, lambs,
you gravely disappoint Me. You serve the enemy. Not Me. If you divide from one another,
you do not serve Me. Unite, join, BE in one another as I am in thee.
Children, do you seek to please Me? Then know this: the enemy has an evil smile upon
his face for the many ways you serve his needs. So blind are you? After all I have said?
After all I have done for you? To lay down ones life for ones friend? What do
you do? What have you done? What are you doing? Are you truly following Me? Seek My
Forgiveness, now. BE in Me as I am in thee: FULLY. ALIVE. SPIRITED. GROWING. BEING. ONE.
Yes, Wisdom IS justified by her children. Wisdom is Mine. Are you justified? Are you an
example of Gods Presence in this world? No matter what? Do you listen to Me? Or to
the enemy? Re-read here.
Study here. Discover here. Grow here. Be here. In Me. As I am in
thee. (Amen. Amen. Maranatha. Amen.) +
