Good Friday, April 10, 1998
Dear Jesus and Holy Mother,
Jesus! Jesus! Jesus!
Your Name is repeated in my spirit. O Sweet Jesus! Thank You
for the Liturgy in Your Church! thank You, Lord, for Your Body and
Blood which we have celebrated. Thank You for being able to kneel
in adoration of You.
Thank You for holding us in Your Arms. Thank You for being able to
watch with You last night. Jesus! In that last half hour of
Holy Thursday, I have felt so close to you.
So many places in You have I been. So many Words have You whispered
to my heart. And then You have been removed from Your Tabernacle.
Though I know You are with us always, Lord, I have SUCH an ACHE in my heart!
Why am I crying, my Lord? Yahweh! I KNOW You are HERE!
Yet I think, Lord, it is the emptiness of Your church? Your not being
present in Your Tabernacle. You Who are the Way and the Truth and
the Life are less visible to us now. And Jesus, I have SUCH a pain
in my heart! Blessed Mother, I cannot begin to comprehend the pain
you have endured! Lord Jesus, on this Good Friday I offer You this
gift of my tears. And Jesus! Just now, as I have given these
tears to You, I have felt a fullness in my chest, a sigh, a breath of relief,
an utter sense of Joy.
O my Lord! Such PEACE do I feel within me! As though I am floating!
Thank You, my Jesus!
[Jesus speaks.....]
My little one. Hear Me. In Me there are no burdens.
Not even the sorrow at My Death. I have seen tears shed in sorrow.
O! How I wait to instill Joy. If you would but render yourself
to Me.
My lambs, I am with you all days, until the End of Time. I
comfort your hearts in the absence of Me, for some have seen Me removed
from their midst. I permit then, a deeper celebration of Me elsewhere
so that the prayers of those who CAN honour Me become shared with you who
suffer My loss. We are One Body, afterall!
There is a Peace I would bring to every heart. A comfort to
every aching person. I would bring Love and Tenderness to everyone
of you, especially to those whose hearts ache with loss. Loss of
relationship, loss of friendship, loss through death. Loss of job,
loss of hope, loss of trust, loss of sight, loss of health, and the saddest
loss.....loss of Me. I would wrap My Love around you. I would
hold you, despite the sobbing heart. I would fill you as you allow
Me. I would listen to you rage. I would listen to your quiet
sobs. (My Lord!)
My child! I Love you all! I Love you each! I, Who
have suffered, understand fully, your needs, your aches, your pains!
But do not blame Me. Instead, come to Me, rush to Me. Be in
Me. That I might be in you!
Children, look upon Me. Focus on Me. Be in Me.
That we might be One in the Father. For Here is Completeness.
Here is where all sorrow becomes dancing; dancing for Joy. You cannot
believe it now, but every sorrow has its Easter. And if Life can
win over Death, then Joy can win over tears. Take Solace in Me.
Let Me turn your head and your heart to our Father. O children!
If you only truly knew of His Great Love! You would never look elsewhere
again!
Have you ever felt the comfort of an easy chair that seems to envelop
you to hold you, as if you are a babe? Have you never felt the comfort
of a gentle hug? A glance? A smile? A word or two?
These kindnesses and niceties rise from a source of Goodness. Neighbor
to neighbor. Love begetting Love. God begetting God.
Gift begetting gift. Joy begetting gleeful dance. Tears and
sorrow begetting the fullest of human experience.
My little ones, there is nothing I can say to you to aid your growth
in Me unless you are willing to be in Me, even at My Cross. Even
in your own cross. Willingness. Yes, the giving of will.
To the Father. In Him lies all sensibility. In Him is all Truth,
Thought, Life, Lesson. In Him, My Father, let us be. You and
I. You and I. You and I. The Glory of God abounds.
I shall teach you once again.
All that looks like Death, is Life waiting to happen!
My little ones, hear Me. I ask you this day, to look upon My
Cross and say with Me: Father, into Your Hands I commend My Spirit.
Let True Life begin. Here in the surrender of self to God.
For you have not entered My True Life, unless you have rendered ALL THINGS
to God. You must be WILLING to surrender to God, to gain the freedom
of My Cross. If you resist or retain a part of you, then YOU limit
YOUR OWN FREEDOM!
Know this: The fullness of My Kingdom awaits you. Have
I not said My Kingdom is with you now? But it is not of this world.
Children, you must be WILLING to separate yourself from the world, the
flesh, the devil. Then you shall enter My Kingdom, My True Life.
Enter now, into My Glory. I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS, UNTIL THE END
OF TIME. Come! Believe! Relinquish the world. Be
WILLING to join Me! Children! Freedom, True Freedom, beckons
you. Enter NOW into My Glory. You are of the Spirit by Baptism!
You are not of this world! You are of Everlasting Life! You
are not of what would fall away. To cling to the things of this life
is not to cling to Me. Do you want to enter True Life? Then
let go of this world.
Father! Into Your Hands I commend My Spirit! Amen.
Alleluia! Amen.
