Dear Jesus and Holy Mother,
O my God, I render myself into Your Being. I trust in You, my Lord and my God. And to serve You fills my desire, like the sun fills the day with light. O Lord! In this morning as we enter into the Road to Your Passion, let us fast from "Alleluias" as we wait in Joyful Hope, the Celebration of Your Resurrection. O Lord! How You have changed me! May I remain as pliable clay in Your Loving Hands! Remake me, still, Lord. Refine me. Crush me. Blow me to the four winds, Lord! As is Your Desire. That I serve You, Lord! Make of me a worthy piece of dust. Amen!!
[The Lord speaks....]
I have My Hand out. See Me. I am a Beggar. I implore you. I entreat you: Give. I want you. I Desire you! Give! Children, do you know that the greatest sacrifice you can give to Me is yourself! And I would meet with you, so often, to pray. To be. Together. Shall we be?A time of change; a time of growth, this Lent. A time of analyzing self. Of doing with less of the world and more of Me. Of recognizing your place: that I am God and you are not. A time of repentance, sorrow, forgiveness of sin. It is a cycle, a cycle of life. True Life. In Me.
Lambs, little lambs, hear Me. I am your Jesus. See how much time we spend together here, every day. Last year I have spoken of our Journey. Through THAT Lent. And unto this one. Where have we gone? Where have we come? How have you changed? Have you? What of your last year has changed into this year? Has it improved you? Has it stunted your growth? See! *I* am still here. Where are you? I am Perfection. How have you grown into Me? Where have you deterred from My Path? Where have you gone astray?
I ask you to be in Me. Are you? Do you understand this place of being? Have you entered? Have you stayed? What remains of your old self? Have you let go of any of that baggage? Or are you still garbed in hand-me-downs, when I have prepared you a new garment? What has been accomplished in My Name? Have you properly discerned the Truth of your actions? Have you made amends? For children, your heart cannot grow where restitution is not made. That part of you will remain lacking. And I long for you to be whole.
For he who you have hated: now enter Love. For he who you have robbed: return the goods from your heart. For he who you have slandered.....pity your tongue. For you have set onto the sea a ripple of terrible effects. But I say: in sorrow come to Me. Make amends. Reach out. Renew what once was. Mend what is broken. Swallow your Pride so that it may pass from your being.
Yes! Let go of all that does not belong! Rejoice in My Strength! Make amends, confess your guilt, your sin. Rejoice in My Forgiveness! For now is the time of reparation! Will you have another? Shall you lose sight of this Gift in your Presence and forsake the Kingdom of God? Shall you sicken the entire Body by your reluctance? O children! There comes a time of cutting away that which would be dead. Do not become the callous that is scraped away! Receive this True Life which I give to you! Become whole, alive, in Me!
Now I close, for you to ponder. For you to think. To change. To decide. To read My Word [Holy Scripture] and grow deeper into Me. Come. I feed you My Word. Let us read. Let us grow together. You and I. Amen.
