Fifth week of Lent, March 30, 1998
Dear Jesus and Holy Mother,
[The Lord speaks.....]
Children of the world, hear Me. Children of every nation, hear Me. There is nothing new in My Scripture which you do not already live, endure, day after day. I have begged you day after day to read My Word. My Holy Scripture. Now I ask you to compare the ongoing content of your news media, with the value in My daily Scripture. Look at the Readings for today and tell Me if it does not have relevance in your lives in this moment in time!"Intrigue! Espionage! Sex! Violence!" These are the words so often used by your media to attract you to their wares. Well children, look and see its proper place in today's Readings. But see beyond the plots: the Justice. See beyond the accusations: the Trust. See beyond the "headlines": My Mercy. See that I do not permit you to degenerate into the bowels of the earth suffocationg in the effects of sin. I lift you up. I make you clean. I give you Hope. I give you vision.
Do you recall the fables you have learned as children? How so often there was a worthy moral of the story? A lesson to be learned? A thought to be had? A life to be lived, perhaps better, for the knowledge gained? Where are the morals in your society today? See how you focus on the detail, renaming the sin; clouding the issues. You have become so used to doing this, that you consider the abnormal, quite normal. O children, how I pity your generation!
GUILT! There must be guilt! SOMEONE is guilty for the actions performed! JUSTICE! What has become of your justice? You cloud, you fog, you lie, you justify. You are blind to the Truth. Recall I have told you that in My Judgment of you, there will be no room for excuses. All that supports you now will fall away. There will be a time in each man's life when the issue will be white or black. Heaven or hell. Yes or no. Guilty or innocent. You and Me. Lie or Truth. Fact or fiction. Glory or eternal damnation. Even Purgatory will subside. It will be a moment of Truth.
And for each Truth you have not confronted there will be a need for cleansing. A fire so brilliant will pass through your being, that no darkness will succeed in finding a shadow. All will be exposed. And the duration of the cleansing will give forth within you a shriek for Grace! You will BEG for My Mercy! And you shall receive it.
Because I Love you.
So read, today, My Word. See the need for Truth. See the need for Kind Justice. See the need for Mercy. See the need for commitment to Truth and the re-building of self. See My Mercy. See My care of your soul. See how I refresh those who would come to Me.
See Me.
I am the Way. I am the Truth. I am the Life. O innocent lamb, be made whole in Me. Some would plot to kill you. I see your penitent heart. I make you whole. If you but come to Me. If you would rely upon Me. If you would stay focused on Me. Where does your vision lie? In the things of this world? Or on My Eternal Glory? See how important focus is? Your vision can bring you to a point of destruction. Or your vision can bring you to Me.
Where shall you be? In thee? Or in Me? Read My Word. Understand Me. I am your Merciful Judge. But what I ask is for you to present to Me a repentant heart. I wait, while you read. Then come back, and let us BE. Amen. Go now..... do as I ask, will you? Read these words.....Sarah..... [Jesus indicates to me to place today's Readings here.....] (Yes, my Lord and my God.
