your prayer can consist of NO words."

Dear Jesus and Holy Mother,
[The Lord speaks.....]
Let Me tell you, children, about the persistence of prayer. I am God. You
are not. And not one thing occurs that I do not see, that I do not permit. All
that you need is yours. Some, freely given: the Best Part, My Grace.
Others, I allow as an interaction between us. This I call prayer, your conversation
with Me. It is here I wait for you to bare your soul. It is here I wait for
you to talk things out. As you see them. That you would give them to Me that I
might answer you as *I* see them. Is this "ok" with you,
child? For this is "how I work." (My Lord, You are smiling upon
us!)
Yes, daughter, because all too often, people address Me in a way unbefitting the
actual situation. All too often I am being given a list of commands. And this
is NOT prayer. How can a true conversation be one-sided?
And so, you will say I do not hear. Yes, you who is reading, writing, all.
I hear all things. O children! I have heard your words before you were
born! For all time. But now, I come to teach you, to encourage.....to urge you
to a new way of clearer understanding.
Persistence in your prayer can consist of NO words. Did you know that?
For, persistence in prayer is a clear sign of trust. Trust that I HAVE heard for all
time, and now it is for you to patiently endure until I answer. For you to accept My
answer or My Choice to withhold from your eyes, My Answer which has been given.
Record your vision, child. (Yes, Lord. I have suddenly felt so
sleepy and You have asked me to pause to be with You. And immediately you have shown
me and made me to understand.....I could see a mountain top.....its soft peak; and it was
bathed in purplish glow. The sky in the distance and over the top of it was a warm,
loving darkness in an evening sky. And immediately I realized that at the peak, we
are very unaware of the valleys, the nooks and crannies below, because we can no longer
see them.....though we know they are there. And just as suddenly, Lord, I have
understood that the mountain top was the top of one's tongue and the darkness of the night
was the depths of one's being. And from this point we can pray.....speak to
You.....from this "peak" where we can choose to abandon all that is down below
to You. The peak is the place YOU bring us, Lord. And all the concerns are
Yours. And You are the only One Who can do anything with all of who we are, My
Lord.)
Good, Sarah. Now I shall continue. Little ones, hear Me speak to you.
I ask you to come to the mountain top. I ask you to be willing to abandon ALL
things to Me. To trust that all is in My Care. And that all I long for is YOUR
being, HERE! Let your persistent prayer be your act of being. Of trusting.
Of knowing. Me.
My Love is sweet. Could you begin to say, "Here, Lord. Here I
am, Lord. I have come to do Your Will. Pass through my heart, Lord.
Gather what You find there, Lord, and take it all. Take ME, my Lord."
Will you say this to Me? And will you let Me lift you on high to Me?
My Fragrance is sweet. (O! Yes, Lord! It is intoxicating me!
My Lord. Fill me constantly with Your Breath!)
My Taste, My Aroma would surround each child like the cloud around Horeb.
Afire like the bush of Mt. Sinai. My Light guides you in the desert. My
Kingdom is yours. And I tell you that the persistence I request of you is your
presence, your trust, your faith, your Love. Now come, be a fuller part of Me.
Amen.
