Dear Jesus and Holy Mother,
[The Lord speaks.....]
The treasure I speak of is the wealth of your soul. I have said that I see hearts. Ah! It is here that I would look to see the jewels of your crown which I have given to you. DO let the shininess of your treasure be because of the amount of Grace in your soul. Because of the absence of sin and every other offense which darkens men's hearts! The investment you should make is into the one with longevity.....eternity. For this is what will govern your life, your True Life in Me. Little ones, hear Me, all too often I am replaced in your life by a perishable item. I, Who am God, am replaced by a THING! Check yourself. Check your answer!I am the Lord your God. I shall not have strange gods before Me. What vies for your time with Me can be "your treasure" which you would possess in lieu of Me. O child! What good are worldly ways, when the world as you know it is about to fall away from its support of your feet? Wise use of the goods I give.....yes. Adoration of them.....no.
And what "treasures" do I speak of. Those, yes, that you guard as if no one else should dare to touch them. Are they "things" that you own? Yes. Are they "things" that you use for your own glory? Yes. Are they My Talents which I have given to you, but which now you represent as being your own? Yes. Humility is Truth. Humility gives Glory to ME! O! How easy it is to manipulate every good thing by letting it become disguised in worldly way! So careful must you be, little ones.
For this Reason I have said to pray, lest the good thing become your distraction. In this way you can discern the Truth: from a stance of prayer in Me. Then you can Love.....Love actively in a pure state of Prayer and Truth. To stay in focus on Me you must do these things. My Way.....not yours!
I do not say to flee from the world. I say to raise it up for the Glory of Me. See the use of all things for My Glory. Let all things be used to bring you closer to Me, or be willing to discard them. And yet.....there is sacrifice. My Cross. Yes. Do not discard the ugly and the painful. Bring them to Me in prayer. I will help you to see the Truth of each and every situation. I shall bring all things forth in Truth and in Love. But you must turn, first, to Me. Yes.....in focus on Me. All things in sequence. Yet in BEING in Me, what is sequence? Can you not begin to see, My little one, that I Who am God, am much bigger than you? It is for this reason that I teach you how to BE! Do as I teach you. My teaching is Truth. Learn from your Mother, My Church. Be in Me as She is in Me. Whole. Complete.
How well do you store up the treasures of your soul? Is "bigger and better" rooted in Me? Or in the world? The Treasure in My Heaven lies in the unity of a soul to Me. This Treasure resounds in sheer Praise before Me for all eternity. Pray for your ability to grow to incorporate My Understanding into your feeble ways. For the Riches of My Kingdom lie in the Salvation of your souls. The greatest wealth you can possess is the Salvation of the Cross. All else falls short when compared to this! What good is any THING if you possess it, but lose your soul? NOTHING should be worth THIS sacrifice! Pray, and I shall strengthen you. Pray, that rejoicing and eternal Praise would become the richness, the desire of the soul. The soul.....your soul. Amen. †
