Feast of Divine Mercy
Second Sunday of Easter, April 11, 1999Dear Jesus and Holy Mother,

The Fire of Life is burning brightly in the midst of each and every one of you. But whether you can see it or not is contingent upon the focus within your heart. There is a point of entry in every heart where the Finger of God touches your soul. This can be at the invitation of your parents as you are Baptized as a child. But every child grows, and there must come a time when it is YOU who invite My Touch. When it is YOU who begins to desire a true relationship with Me.And so, how you live will mark your true worth for relationship in Me. Are you ready and willing to follow Me and live My Words? Are you willing to live though your body may be dying? Are you honestly desiring a True Life in Me? Do you trust in all you believe, though there is no proof? Do you not think, believe, that I Who am God, can do all things?
Children, you cannot enter a True Life in Me unless you are willing to turn from sin to follow Me. I have won your freedom in My Dying. And in My Rising I have given to you the Sacrament of Reconciliation. I impart Myself to My apostles and to their successors. Your Salvation is assured and you have been granted the ability to be Reconciled in Me at any time by the blessing hand of My priest over your repentant heart.
Children, let Me speak to you for a moment about sin. Children, it is so awful.....this stain of sin.....that I have breathed My Spirit upon you that you would be absolved of all the wrong you do. But first you must meet Me at My Cross. For Here is the Gate of Heaven jarred loose in your behalf. You must come to witness My Blood, My Wounds. Here is where you enter True Life in Me. Without this Sacrifice, nothing would have been in your behalf. And by My Rising is the Act complete. Children, it is I the Lord Who have given you the Sacrament of Reconciliation. By My Hand, by My Mouth, by My Spirit. Do not deny this fact. There is repentance, and there is absolution through My Sacrament.
I have come to set you free from sin. And so, I say, take every advantage to improve your condition. I have given you the means, so DO use them. I have died for your sin, so now, come and live in My Glory. But you must be willing to leave behind your sinful ways. You must be willing to leave behind your old ways, and to atone for all the harm your sin has done.....the imprint of it that you have left upon your fellow man. For sin IS a social disease. And the bad that you do, as does the Good, has an affect upon the whole. My Body aches for the sin committed by Its members.
DO come to This Source of Mercy Which is My Heart. DO receive the Graces I give to you NOW. Come, be participants in My Act of Mercy, My Dying. Receive all which flows from My Cross. Receive all which flows from My Heart. Receive all the cleansing available in My Sacrament. Receive My Spirit. Receive My Peace. Honour My Mercy by entering My Heart. There are Mercies Here, Graces Here, Riches Here that you have yet to touch. Yet, I do flow. So come to This River of Mercy. I am My Own Gift to you. O! You race into the world! Would that you race into My Heart!
Children, with Authority I tell you this: I have died for your sin. Repent, and your sins are forgiven. My Father has allowed My Heart to be a Fountain of Mercy. DO come and bathe in these Life-giving Waters. Does not a man welcome a sip of water at the oasis in the desert? Does not a drowning man appreciate breath? Does not a dying man welcome Life? Does not a hopeless man welcome Hope? Does not an imprisoned man welcome Freedom? I am the Way. I am the Truth. I am the Life. Live n Me. Be satiated in Me. Be cleansed in Me. Yes, LIVE in Me. Now and forever. Amen. †
