His First Friday, January 1, 1999Dear Jesus and Holy Mother,
[The Lord speaks......]
A feather.....a quill, a typesetting, a pen.....I could write and write and write and write to you, My lambs. But unless you are permitting My Word to be inscribed upon your hearts.....unless you are allowing My Word to take root in you, all is for naught.And the Word became Flesh and dwelt among you.....This became reality in the moment of My Mother's "yes." Yet, SHE was already alive in ME since the conception of her life. SHE was already alive in ME for all time. For all time, I have Loved this Mary, this woman, My Mother.....Mother of God! Just as I have Loved YOU! Yes, you. To bring forth God from the womb! Do you? Do you emanate Me from within your hearts? Does New Life pour forth from within you? Do you take advantage of the opportunities I give to you for New Life? Birth? Do you relinquish yourself to Me with a "yes," that I might bring Myself into the world around you? Children, to enter a True Life in Me, is to be a part of this ongoing Creation.
DO salute a new year, but let the rebirth of Life rise from within you today, tomorrow, always. Do not let moments rise from you like vapors lost into the air. Let them become the brick, mortar, living stones of the growing foundation of your life. See how I have formed your moment, this moment of New Life. Grow here. Be reborn here. In Me. Ah, yes! Another new year and we continue.....in Me.
Children, there is much wrong in this world. But there is, as well, much that is right. Do not be in the cheering section. Appear and play on the field of Life. Do not sit and complain, but get to work and act. BE in ME, that I might better be visible among you! Pray constantly. Grow in purity of heart. Reconcile often, your sins to Me that I might improve your heart by cleansing you. Tame the flesh. Come to prefer This Food of Life Which is Me, to the food which enslaves your body. Sacrifice, yes, sacrifice. For the Sake of Me. Through the heart of My Mother.
Let us close then, in the heart of the matter. Heart to heart. Me to My Mother, she to Me. You in Me, you in us. I in you. Oneness. Heart to heart. My Sacred Heart comes to you now, in the company of the Immaculate Heart of My Mother. Two Hearts of Pure Love. Come and be a part of this union. That God Become Flesh, might be visible in YOUR heart. O children! You are richly blessed! The Kingdom of Heaven is YOURS! By My Body. By My Blood. Upon My Cross. And by her "yes," has the Word come to dwell among you. Her "yes." The beckoning invitation of God become man. Who is My Mother, My brother, My sister? All! My Inheritance is My Gift to you. Come forth, say "yes." Let True Life begin. God is with you now. My Mother is here to assist you along the way. Now and forever. Amen. †
