Dear Jesus and Holy Mother,
[Abba speaks.....]
I am a generous God. I share My Very Nature with you. My Son. My Life. My Love. My Spirit. My All. My Everything. My Perfection. Perfection is to seek Glory for God. Perfection is to relinquish self. Let Me show you this in a way you can understand.Let us look at the athlete. He lives his life in training. Relinquishing things of this world, for the sake of the prize: winning the race. He experiences "the burn," the moment when he endures beyond what was thought to be the point of endurance, and he goes on and on with an exhilaration in self. But what is the prize, and how is it won? How lasting is the glory, and for whom is it received, and for whom is it given?
I ask you to live a life of Love. I ask you to train every day by the value of your life. I ask you to Love and not to hate. I ask you to turn your back on the routine of world and flesh and not to succumb to the lure of the enemy. I ask you to "go for the burn" by carrying, with dignity and grace, your cross. I ask you to do all these things that you would win the Prize of Salvation Which My Son already holds in your regard.
The generosity needed is yourself along the way. The token to be given is your time, your talent, your treasure. I put treasure last because sometimes it is the first you would give, and though needed, it is not as lasting as the first: your own being. For what good is a cold cup of water to a dying, thirsty mouth, unless YOUR hand raises it to the lips?
Is it all that difficult, My lambs? My Son has taught you well. Our Scripture stands: What you do for the least, you have done unto Me. Do not cry, "Lord, Lord" on the last day. LIVE "Lord, Lord" by the very existence of your being! Be recognized NOW as My Hands, My Feet. Let them look upon you and see the Generosity of My Son. Let them look upon you and see the Temple of My Spirit. Let them look upon you and see the Generosity of God.
Be perfected in Me. Enter the process. Note that all of life is a process, because I know well, your limitations and imperfections. Come, enter the race. Run it well. Hunger and thirst for My Grace. Seek Me. Proclaim My Glory. By your life. By your hand. By your feet. Yes, by your life. In Me. Now and forever. Amen. †
